Hinga
Targeted Himalayan Sound Therapy for the Upper Back, Shoulders & Neck
Service Description
Responsibility has a way of settling into the body. Long days, constant demands, carrying other people’s needs, and always being the one who keeps things moving can eventually show up in the shoulders, neck and upper back. In Himalayan healing tradition, this area is often associated with burden, pressure, responsibility and the emotional weight of holding everything together. Hinga is a focused sound therapy from the Shakya Kasa tradition, using Himalayan singing bowls directly around the upper back, shoulders and neck so the vibration can be felt more deeply where tension tends to gather. The sound and resonance invite these areas to soften physically, while also creating space to release some of the emotional weight that often sits alongside that tension. For some, that means feeling less tight through the shoulders. For others, it feels like finally releasing the weight of what was holding them down.
Cancellation Policy
At Agos, every experience is held with intention. To give each experience the care it deserves, we ask that bookings follow a few simple guidelines. Booking in advance Experiences must be requested at least one day before your preferred schedule. At the moment, our booking calendar is open only 30 days in advance, so the available times you see will reflect that window. Requesting your Experience Submitting a booking request does not immediately confirm your appointment. Once we receive your request, we’ll first check both practitioner and studio availability. As soon as the schedule is confirmed, we’ll send you the details for the energy exchange and your booking is secured once is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust the space, make it available for others and find a better time that works for you. Thank you for helping us keep every Agos experience intentional and thoughtfully held.
